2025年4月1日起，新西兰对于其投资移民Active Investor Plus Visa (AIP)政策有利好更新。老规矩，给大家以说人话的形式总结10个要点。
1、新投资类别将开放“成长类” (Growth) 和“平衡类” (Balanced) 两类，分别需要最低NZD $5万和NZD $10万投资金额，投资期限为3年和5年。
2、提高可接受投资范围，平衡类将包含债券和房地产，其中房地产只限新建住户项目或加值的商业、工业房产。House and land package不可以。
3、申请人如进行成长类投资，需在新西兰停留21天，平衡类需停留105天。若投资金额高于NZD $10万，每多加100万纽币，可以减少14天的居住要求，最高可减少42天。
- 申请必须在原则性获批的6个月内完成投资，如果有特殊原因，最多可以延期一次再加6个月。
- 申请者可以从平衡类转换为成长类，反之亦然，但只能更换一次。
6、申请人没有英语要求。
7、消除最高投资金额上限，但必须完成全部投资才能获得居民签证。
8、新增“可用投资资金” (on-call investments)，允许应用者在等待管理基金调用资金时，将资金存入债券、定期储蓄等投资中至多6个月。
9、金额小于NZD $1万可以重新投资 成长类投资已经完成，若有NZD $1万以下的返回资金，可以重新投资于平衡类投资。
10、投资者新生的孩子可以直接申请Dependent Child Resident Visa，并加入父母的永久居民签证申请中。
