How To Make A Perfect Cup?
Brewing with water that is not boiling hot, low temperatures bring out more sweetness and aroma of green tea. Increasing 30s for each steep after 1st when using Gaiwan. Avoid over-steeping to prevent bitterness. Adjust according to personal taste.
